On our Welcome Day, you will have the chance to meet your new colleagues and get to know various departments. We are always very happy to help our team members in their personal and professional development. Because of this, our Möhrle Happ Luther Academy offers various training courses in soft skills, languages and IT. We also encourage individual training measures and give you the necessary time off work.

We care very much about our team’s health. Which is why we have ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks in the office, fresh fruit for general consumption, a special arrangement with a local gym and a company doctor who offers regular check-ups, screenings and vaccinations.
