We believe in having a healthy work-life balance and know that your work is just one part of a busy life. You will also receive a state-of-the-art home office kit so that you can work effectively from home as well.
Onboarding
Great to have you on board! Effective onboarding is important as it allows you to hit the ground running when starting your new job. On our Welcome Day, you will have the chance to meet your new colleagues and get to know various departments. After this, we will support you with our Möhrle Happ Luther Academy and a structured orientation period designed to familiarize you with our specialist areas.
Ongoing training
We are always very happy to help our team members in their personal and professional development. Because of this, our Möhrle Happ Luther Academy offers various training courses in soft skills, languages and IT. We also encourage individual training measures and give you the necessary time off work.
We are team players
We believe in a partnership of equals and love what we do. And we always remember to have a bit of fun: our after-work events, (legendary) company parties and joint sporting events provide plenty of scope for networking. And yes, we have table soccer and table tennis here too!
Snacks, cafeteria, etc.
We have great coffee in our office with a choice of cow’s milk or oat milk. And if you prefer soda, you’ll find it in the fridge. During your break, you can enjoy a subsidized lunch in the HHLA cafeteria near our Hamburg offices or take advantage of our special discount in restaurants around the corner. Through the Corporate Benefits portal, you will also receive exclusive offers for products and services available to you at consistently attractive conditions.
Health
We care very much about our team’s health. Which is why we have ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks in the office, fresh fruit for general consumption, a special arrangement with a local gym and a company doctor who offers regular check-ups, screenings and vaccinations. Incidentally, if you jog or cycle to work, there are facilities for showering and changing here afterwards – including fresh towels and shampoo.
Subsidized public transport travel or bike leasing
Our offices are centrally located – and we make sure you get there quickly and easily. We will be happy to pay for your ‘Deutschlandticket’ for getting here by bus, train or tram. Or if you prefer to cycle, you can choose the bike of your dreams that will we lease as part of the JobRad scheme.
Time and money
As well as your attractive salary, you will have 30 days’ vacation every year – not to mention extra time off for personal life events like getting married or moving house. So that you can plan to retire in comfort, we will subsidize your pension plan and our external partner will advise you on the best model for your needs.
Work and family
Our individual part-time working models help you to strike a healthy balance between career and family life. As well as this, new parents are given two additional days off when their partner gives birth or they adopt a child. And if, like lots of our colleagues, you have children of pre-school age, you will be entitled to a monthly childcare allowance as well.
