Valuations
We determine the value of your company in the event of corporate initiatives such as business successions or to comply with statutory regulations or the terms of a contract. In the case of transactions, we assess tangible and intangible assets or prepare fairness opinions regarding the financial adequacy of the transaction price. We also determine inheritance law and statutory share claims in inheritance cases as well as claims arising from joint ownership of assets acquired during a marriage or civil partnership when these are terminated. In addition, we carry out purchase price allocations, impairment tests and other assessments for financial reporting purposes.
We can serve as a neutral expert, consultant or arbitrator. Our valuation specialists are very well versed in all standard business and tax valuation methods.
