In the safest of hands.
Möhrle Happ Luther is a multidisciplinary corporate law firm based in Northern Germany. Here, over 450 of the finest minds in tax, legal, management and IT consulting and auditing work closely together. Our teams are far more than the sum of their parts. Many of our experts have qualifications in multiple fields and interact extensively with one another. This allows us to focus efficiently on your individual concerns while taking a holistic view.
We assist German and international companies with their everyday business and with highly complex projects. Whether you come to us as an SME, a wealthy private individual, a foundation, a corporate group, a public-sector enterprise, a start-up, or a company with a strong capital market focus, you can rest assured that you have come to the right place.
We have offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Schwerin – and we serve the needs of our many international clients digitally as well. We can also advise you on international matters and are part of the Crowe Global consulting network.
A broad base. With real depth.
Our multidisciplinary teams work side by side. The close interplay between our experts in each field is just one of the reasons why clients have trusted in our expertise for many years. Our highly motivated teams draw on a vast pool of experience and are always on the cutting edge of their disciplines. All of which means that we not only have the answers to any question you might have – we have the best answers.
Dedicated – to what really matters
We believe in good relationships. Not just with our clients, but also with our neighborhood, city and region – engaging with them, getting involved and giving something back. This is why we actively support social, ecological and cultural projects that are particularly close to our hearts.
Laptops and smartphones for the Alsterdorf Foundation
From buying tickets to making bank transfers, our everyday lives are becoming increasingly digital. People with disabilities often face particular challenges. The Alsterdorf assistenz ost foundation aims to break down these barriers with its ‘Digitalisation for all’ project. We were pleased to support this important work with a donation in the form of laptops, iPhones and tablets – for more independent participation in (digital) life.
Teddy bears for Kinderhilfe Diekholzen
It can be a very unsettling experience for children to suddenly find themselves alone in an ambulance or emergency room, in some cases even without their parents. We support children’s charity Diekholzen, which supplies hospitals, children’s homes, children’s hospices and ambulances with special teddy bears to provide children with comfort and welcome distraction during these difficult moments.
Christmas Wish Campaign with the Philip Breuel Foundation
One of the aims of the Philip Breuel Foundation is to help children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds through art and creativity. Every year, we support the Christmas Wish Campaign for the children in the foundation’s art club. The children’s wish lists are sent directly to us and we buy them whatever they need, be it glitter pens, coloring books, snow globes or footballs. And the highlight of each year is when the children pay us their Christmas visit at our Brandstwiete offices, where there are gifts and goodies galore!
Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival
SHMF covers a wider area than almost any other festival in the world – with concerts in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Denmark – and is known for its excellent venues and outstanding artists. We sponsor this exceptional music event as part of the Unternehmerinitiative Wirtschaft und Musik initiative and, needless to say, join in the fun ourselves – every year, we visit concerts together with our clients.
Organic potatoes for Hamburger Tafel food bank
Food banks all over Germany are crying out for help, and Hamburg is no exception. The increased cost of living means that more and more people no longer have enough money for a square meal. To help out, organic farm Hof Darzau – which belongs to the family of our partner Dr. Frauke Schmidt – donated three tonnes of organic potatoes to the Hamburger Tafel food bank. Möhrle Happ Luther sent a team to help sort the potatoes on the conveyor belt and covered the cost of transporting them to the food banks.
Three examples of sustainability
Our company sets great store by sustainability and respect for natural resources. We integrate this conviction throughout our everyday working life, as demonstrated by the following three examples:
Healthy juices for a good cause
We buy delicious juices for our team from a social project called ‘Das Geld hängt an den Bäumen’ – literally: Money Grows On Trees. Here, people with disabilities and volunteers harvest fruit from trees in and around Hamburg that would otherwise be left unpicked. The fruit – from private gardens and orchards – is then used to make naturally cloudy juices and spritzers. The project aims to bring people with disabilities and those from socially disadvantaged backgrounds into the workforce.
