With effect from 1 January 2024, Hendrik Rathje, Lukas Wessels and Katja Zerrath will join the circle of partners at Möhrle Happ Luther. All three have been with the firm for several years.
Hendrik Rathje is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has been with Möhrle Happ Luther since 2016. His areas of expertise include M&A transaction advice, company valuation and conducting creditworthiness analyses. He also advises with a special focus on real estate fund management.
Lucas Wessels joined Möhrle Happ Luther from Ernst & Young in 2021. As a tax advisor, he specialises in advising on transformation and transaction processes as well as directorial questions. He has also been a specialist advisor for international tax law since 2023.
Katja Zerrath has been a tax advisor at Möhrle Happ Luther since 2014. She specialises in the areas of non-profit and public sector taxation. She is strengthening the expansion of the non-profit sector with a particular focus on the increasing relevance of corporate social responsibility.
In addition, Martin Philippi joined as Of Counsel and Marko Uhl, Erik Dumke and Jörg Wiegand as Partners during the year.
