Möhrle Happ Luther has advised LetMeShip (ITA Consulting Group) on the acquisition of the shipping platform ParcelParcel. LetMeShip operates one of the leading B2B multi-carrier shipping platforms in Europe. Among other things, the platform offers price comparisons, service comparisons, transit time optimization and customs clearance for the shipment of documents and goods in the international courier, express and parcel market.

The company expects the acquisition of the similarly positioned ParcelParcel to create significant synergies in the further development of the platform and accelerate internationalization.
