Möhrle Happ Luther advises ASSC/SeaRenergy Group on the formation of the joint venture consortium "Windward Offshore". The consortium, led by ASSC/SeaRenergy Group in cooperation with Blue Star Group, Diana Shipping Inc. and SeraVerse GmbH, will offer integrated offshore wind service solutions. The consortium has signed a contract with Canadian shipbuilding company, Vard Marine Inc. for the supply of two state-of-the-art Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOV) to provide its services.

The SeaRenergy Group already offers comprehensive services in the offshore wind industry. It is part of the group of companies owned by the Hamburg-based Rickmers shipping family.
