MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER has advised Alstin Capital on the Seed financing round of Round, a London‑based FinTech start-up, providing comprehensive financial due diligence services.

Round develops an AI‑powered platform for the automation of financial processes. The solution combines financial infrastructure with intelligent automation and streamlines workflows across areas such as treasury, accounts payable and payroll.

As part of the financing round, Round raised USD 6 million. The round was led by Alstin Capital, with participation from Backed VC and Love Ventures. Existing investors and several business angels, including Paul Forster, founder of Indeed, also participated.

Alstin Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund based in Munich with a focus on B2B software. Founded in 2012, Alstin invests across Europe in fast-growing late-seed and Series A software companies.

Möhrle Happ Luther supported Alstin Capital through a comprehensive financial due diligence. The scope of work included a review of historical financial performance, revenue and cost structures, liquidity and financing arrangement. Furthermore, the accounting and reporting processes were evaluated in accordance with the requirements of a fast‑growing, platform‑based software business.
