MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER advised Alstin Capital in connection with Timefold B.V.’s Series A financing round, providing comprehensive financial due diligence support.

Timefold B.V. develops an API-based software solution for optimizing scheduling and planning processes. The technology enables companies to integrate complex use cases such as workforce planning and routing directly into their own systems and is particularly geared towards businesscritical, reproducible decision-making processes.

As part of the financing round totaling EUR 13 million, Alstin Capital acted as lead investor. Other investors included KOMPAS VC as well as existing investors.

Alstin Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund based in Munich with a focus on B2B software companies. Since its founding in 2012, Alstin has invested across Europe in high-growth technology companies from seed to Series A stage.

The Möhrle Happ Luther team supported Alstin Capital in connection with financial due diligence. Earlier this year, in April, the M&A team led by partner Hendrik Rathje advised on the financing round of London-based fintech start-up Round. The focus was particularly on the analysis of historical financial figures as well as the revenue and cost structure. In addition, the accounting and reporting processes of the fast-growing software company were reviewed.
