Möhrle Happ Luther is continuing its growth course and began building up its "ESG and Sustainability" division in May 2023. As part of this development strategy, ESG expert Andreas Schruth joins the firm: as Senior Manager, he will drive forward the development of the advisory and audit area.

Schruth complements the firm with over 20 years of experience in the areas of sustainability and finance. He specialises in sustainability management and the implementation of new legal requirements in large medium-sized companies. His knowledge portfolio ranges from ESG site assessment and performance measurement to the implementation of materiality analyses and the preparation of energy and emissions balances. He is an expert in sustainability strategies, process analyses and optimisation, audit support for sustainability reports and efficient process integration.
