We develop solutions that help to drive innovation securely

The experts of choice for IT law, data and digital innovation

We provide our clients with expert assistance – from the initial idea to the final operation. This includes for example IT projects, cloud and platform solutions, AI applications, data-driven business models, data protection and cybersecurity requirements. As well as this, we draft contracts, create compliance structures and assess risks and liability issues.

Our approach involves not only determining legal limitations but also devising practicable, legally sound solutions that also make good business sense. Our legal expertise, which draws on years of working in digital rights, is paired with our technical understanding, project experience and a realistic outlook on budgets and schedules, governance and implementation. This is the added value that we bring to the table.

We shape digitalization processes for our clients – but digitalization is central to our everyday work as well.

Our consulting on IT, data protection and AI ties in closely with our own commitment to understanding digital trends, testing them and integrating them into our legal work.

Our solid understanding of digital business models is also rooted in our own experience. With a clear digitalization strategy, our own platform solutions and a close working relationship with our digital hub and IT consultants, we are driving forward the digital shift in our own organization.

These experiences have a direct influence on our client work as well. Our services also include our own platform solutions such as the Möhrle Happ Luther Privacy Manager and the Möhrle Happ Luther Whistleblowing Portal. As well as this, we use state-of-the-art legal tech and legal AI solutions such as Legora and Beck-Noxtua to combine legal expertise with efficient processes.

Through our involvement in professional associations like Bitkom, the German Association for Law and Informatics (DGRI) and the IT Law Working Group of the German Bar Association (DAVIT), we remain on the pulse of technological and regulatory changes and are able to identify trends and the need for action early on. We also regularly take part in the Bucerius Innovation Lab and Legal AI Club, where we talk to representatives from technology companies, law departments, law firms and legal tech providers about the latest developments in the digital law market.
